The role
As a Host at Fenix, the new migration museum, you will welcome visitors and ensure a warm, professional reception. This public-facing role is about creating a positive first impression and helping visitors enjoy their museum experience. Daily tasks include:

  • Welcoming and checking in visitors at the entrance
  • Providing clear, friendly information about exhibits, routes and opening times
  • Assisting visitors with basic accessibility or wayfinding questions
  • Managing small queues and maintaining a calm, professional front-of-house presence
  • Supporting ticketing and light administrative tasks as needed

Schedule & start date
This is a 24 uur/week position with shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (vr/za/zo). The role starts on March 1. Weekend availability is essential.
