Facility Management & Community Internship

Gain hands on experience at one of the most vibrant coworking communities in the Netherlands. StartDock is looking for motivated students who want to work from inspiring coworking spaces in the centre of Amsterdam or Rotterdam.

StartDock is a coworking space with locations in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Utrecht. It offers entrepreneurs beautiful physical spaces where they can work, meet, learn, and celebrate together. As an intern, you become a real part of the team and help create a warm, social, and welcoming atmosphere for members every day.

This internship gives you the chance to combine operations, hospitality, community building, and facility management. One day you may organise a fun community event, and the next you may support a social media campaign or make sure the location looks perfect before closing. You work both in daily operations and on tactical or strategic projects.

StartDock matches internships to the interests and study goals of student colleagues. Projects may relate to sustainability, procurement, customer service, customer satisfaction, interior setup, and space experience, while you also stay involved in the daily running of the location.

StartDock is looking for someone who enjoys helping others, feels energised by people, takes initiative, develops leadership skills, looks at spaces through a hospitality lens, and likes talking with the people around them.
